Coaching: To put it simply, coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future. As a coach I am the facilitator of learning rather than an expert in a specific specialized field.
There is a huge difference between teaching you and helping you to learn. With coaching I am helping you to improve your own performance: in other words, helping you to learn so you can apply your skills long after we have worked together.
As a good coach, I believe that you always have the solution to your own challenges but understand that you may need help to find the path that leads you to your desired success.

During coaching sessions (individual or in groups) my role is to bring the best out in you. This might include pushing buttons in a caring and firm way to loosen the old structures and making room for a new and improved version of yourself.

It is a state where your body and conscious mind is relaxed and your subconscious mind is alert and awake.
You are in a state of heightened awareness, focusing on yourself and your desired outcomes.
Hypnosis is very similar to a daydream where you get so involved in your own inner experience that your body produces a physical response.
Trance is a natural state of being which you enter at least twice a day before drifting off to sleep and before being fully awake and it can be used in a most empowering way to shift unwanted behaviours and belief systems while being fully in control.
Will I lose control, do silly things and forget everything?
The state of hypnosis is totally safe and natural.
You enter a hypnotic trance state multiple times a day, for example, driving to a destination without consciously thinking about the road, getting absorbed into a conversation while losing track of time or simply daydreaming.
Hypnosis is self-hypnosis, you are always in control and actively take part in the session.
The aim during my client-centered Hypnotherapy sessions is to achieve your desired outcome.
